Lessee expressly consents to receiving communications, including through email, calls, automated calls, prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or text messages, chat messages, push notifications, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or any other data or voice transmission technology from Lessor, Lessor’s affiliates, subsidiaries and/or assigns at that email address or telephone number, regardless of their purpose, including, but not limited to, marketing, servicing or collection purposes. Lessee shall be responsible for any charges from any internet or wireless services provider as a result of Lessor contacting Lessee using any communication medium. This may include contact from companies working on Lessor’s behalf to service or collect Lessee’s accounts.
Lessee gives Lessor consent to contact past, present and future phone service providers and/or commercial database providers to verify the information Lessee provided against their records. Lessee agrees that its phone service providers and/or commercial database providers may verify any phone numbers and/or email addresses Lessee has supplied to the name, address, and status of their records. Lessee will promptly notify Lessor if Lessee changes any contact information, including its name, mailing address, email addresses, or phone numbers. Lessor may monitor and record any calls and communications between Lessee and Lessor. Lessee agrees this “Marketing, Servicing and Collection Communications” section of the Agreement is an essential and duly negotiated portion of the Agreement.
